Friends invite friends

€5.00 for you.
€5.00 for your friend.

You send your link, your friend signs up and orders. Once their first order of €50.00 or more is completed, we credit €5.00 to both of you. Not at payment, but when the order is really done.

What both of you get

€10.00 per invite in total, once on each account.

€5.00 balance for you

It lands in your Trademeup balance and comes off the price of your next order. Balance, not a payout.

€10.00 per invite

Your friend gets exactly as much as you do. Neither side gets less.

No risk for your friend

Every order runs with buyer protection. We need none of your friend's details from you, only your link.

How it works

Three steps, and after the third the balance is there.

1
Share the link
Copy your invite link or pass it on through your phone's share sheet.
2
Your friend orders
They create an account and place their first order, for at least €50.00.
3
Balance arrives
Once that order is completed, €5.00 sits in their balance and in yours.

The conditions, no small print

Your friend's first order has to be at least €50.00.
The €5.00 only arrives once that order is completed, meaning delivered and with no open dispute. Nothing happens at payment, because a paid order can still be refunded.
It counts once per invited friend, and at most 20 times a year.

Questions

When do I actually have the balance?

As soon as your friend's first order is completed. That is after delivery and after the buyer protection window, not on the day they paid. Then €5.00 sits in both accounts.

Can I have the reward paid out?

No. The €5.00 is balance on your Trademeup account and comes off your next order. Rewards never go to a bank account.

How many friends can I invite?

As many as you like. At most 20 invites a year are paid, and each friend counts once.

My friend clicked the link but only signed up later.

That is fine. The code stays in their browser for 30 days. If they sign up within that time, the invite counts.

What about orders below €50.00?

Those do not count towards the reward. Only the first completed order of €50.00 or more triggers it.
